- Emcee Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd. has GMP certified manufacturing unit at Kalyani Industrial Estate,West Bengal. The facilities are well equipped with Tablet Section, Capsule Section, Liquid Section.
- The manufacturing facility is fully compliant with the National Standard. It meets the requirement with the National regulatory norms.
- The manufacturing system is fully automatic and provided with modern machineries compliant with International Standard.
- The entire manufacturing area is equipped with AIR HANDLING UNITS for 100% protection of our products from cross contamination and contamination. Necessary equipments are also provided to protect our personnel. All discharges (air and water) are done through appropriate filtration or treatment to protect the environment fulfilling the Pollution Control Board Requirements.
- Our Quality Control Laboratory is fully equipped with qualified technical staff having modern sophisticated instruments with all control measures. Before introducing any product we conduct thorough study by our in-house R&D Laboratory to ensure the stability, safety and efficacy of the product.
- The manufacturing operation are supervised by experienced and qualified technical officer and strictly monitored by Quality Assurance Department to ensure the quality in every stage as well as the final product.
- We also perform R & D activities in collaboration with reputed outside agencies Like NIPER, Jadavpur University, Kalyani University, Bombay College of Pharmacy etc.
- We conduct a periodic training programme for all employees of the factory to keep them equipped to ensure the quality of the output and improvement.
